We publish our costs – but these are a guide only, as every family is unique and needs vary.

What to do when someone dies

It’s understandably a time of grief and sadness. Each person feels their own unique emotions when faced with the death of a loved one. Take time to say goodbye in your own time. Depending on how or where they died, there are a few processes that will need to be followed.

Services can be added onto funeral options, or one of our experienced Funeral Directors can put something together for you if you require something different to our published options.

We can assist with your Funeral Grant

Families maybe eligible to apply for a Funeral Grant from WINZ. Generally, if a WINZ Client is Single then the criteria is based on their assets. If Married or in a Partnership, then the Partner will also be asset tested. The current maximum Funeral Grant is $2616.12, this is asset tested. Our experienced staff can guide you through the application process.
